Products and Services

Next Train sells WiFi-enabled LED displays that show real-time NYC subway arrival times. Our displays connect to your home WiFi network and receive data from our servers, which interface with official MTA data feeds.

The accuracy of arrival times depends on data provided by the MTA. While we strive for maximum accuracy, we cannot guarantee that arrival times will always be perfectly precise, as the MTA may occasionally provide delayed or incorrect data.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

WiFi and Connectivity

Your Next Train display requires a stable WiFi connection (2.4GHz) to function. The display connects to our servers to receive real-time transit data. We provide this data service at no additional cost — there are no subscriptions or monthly fees.

While we make every effort to maintain our servers and data service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance or outages may occur.

Intellectual Property

All content on nexttrain.shop — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Next Train and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Next Train displays are designed to provide convenient access to transit information. They should not be your sole source of transit information for time-critical situations. We are not liable for missed trains, late arrivals, or any damages arising from reliance on the information displayed by our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Train's total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Brooklyn, New York.
