Processing Time

All orders are carefully assembled, tested, and packaged by hand. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Free Shipping — NYC 5 Boroughs

We offer free standard shipping to all five NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after processing.

Domestic Shipping (Rest of US)

Flat rate shipping of $9.99 via USPS Priority Mail for all orders outside of NYC. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after processing.

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. We'll notify you if there are any significant delays to your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@nexttrain.shop. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on it — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
