At Next Train, we stand behind the quality of every display we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your Next Train display, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@nexttrain.shop with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your display arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us immediately at support@nexttrain.shop or call (646) 770-1537. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged unit first.

We cover hardware defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This includes LED panel issues, power supply failures, and WiFi connectivity problems caused by hardware. Normal wear and software updates are not covered.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been physically modified, intentionally damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

We're happy to exchange your display if needed. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap.
